Saturday, 1 April.

Registration is open until programs fill. Some mixing of
close ages (friends/siblings) may occur.
How to Register:
- Complete a registration form (link below to the form)
and return before April 1st.
- Your registration form must include a deposit for 1/2
of the tuition. Checks should be made out to SEEDS.
- Bring it in person to the Price House, or mail to
SEEDS, PO BOX 824, Blacksburg, VA 24063.
- Please do not mail anything to the Price House. We do
not get mail there.

About the Registration Lottery:
SEEDS Summer Field Camps and SEEDlings Summer Programs fill
FAST! For the best chance at a spot in camp, return your
registration form and tuition deposit by April 1st.
Registrations will be selected randomly from all those
received. Any remaining spots will be filled on a
first-come, first-served basis. You will be notified within 72
hours of lottery results. If you don't get one of the spots in
a SEEDS program. there are many other excellent programs
offered by the Town of Blacksburg Parks & Recreation,
Montgomery Country Parks and Recreation, and others.

Donations to the Scholarship Fund:
If you are interested in making a contribution to the SEEDS
scholarship fund please go to the "support SEEDS"
page or contact SEEDS.
You will be helping somebody to participate who couldn't
otherwise. Your donations are tax deductible under Section
501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
SEEDS program cancellation & refund policy:
Upon receipt of your 50% non-refundable deposit, you are
guaranteed a spot in the program. The balance of your account
is due before the beginning of the program.
We understand that there are sometimes unexpected
circumstances that arise and we’ll work with you as best we
can. Unexpected circumstances may include but are not
exclusive to: Child illness, unexpected change in vacation
plans, and other unexpected or emergency family situations.
SEEDS will immediately advertise an open space, but often by
the time programs begin plans are fairly set.
If you contact us two weeks prior to the beginning of the
program, then 50% of your deposit will be refunded. If we can
fill that space before the
program begins, then the balance of your deposit will be

if you have to remove your child from camp after it has
started, or if you have to skip
a day/days of camp.
Summer All-Day Field Camps
All camps are rain or shine.
Your child will need a water bottle, sunscreen, a hat, a
towel, swim suit, and shoes or sturdy sandals (no flip-flops)
for wading in swimming holes, lunch, and two snacks each day
9:00 - Meet at the Price House, 107 Wharton St. SE. Leave
for field sites. Morning activities, snacks
On Friday, we meet at 3:00pm at the Price House for
pictures, stories, and presentations.
12:00 Lunch (Kids bring their own lunch and snacks)
12:30 - Afternoon activites at field sites, snacks.
4:00 - Pick-up your kid(s) at the Price House.
